About

I’m Hayley Mills, a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies physically, emotionally, and energetically. Since my beginnings in July 2022, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own goals, stories, and needs. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, stress, or just in need of some dedicated self-care time, I’m here to hold space and support your healing. My approach to massage is intuitive and client-centered. I combine relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic techniques to create custom sessions that meet you where you are that day. I believe in open communication, consent, and the power of safe, intentional touch. In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, I’m also a licensed body piercer at Apothic Tattoo in Morristown, TN, so I’m no stranger to precision, hygiene, and helping people feel empowered in their bodies. When I’m not working, you’ll can find me hanging out with my dog, Toph, exploring new food spots around Knoxville, or immersed in whichever video game has me captivated at the moment . If you’re looking for a grounded, welcoming space to relax, recover, and reconnect with yourself, I’d love to work with you!
